Add an authenticator account
In the service you want to protect, open its two-factor authentication settings. In TOTPLY, tap + and scan the displayed QR code. You can also import a QR image or enter the secret key manually.
Move accounts to a new device
TOTPLY does not keep a server copy of your accounts. Use the app’s device-transfer or export option while you still have your current device, and keep your recovery codes until every account works on the new one.
A code is not accepted
Make sure the correct account is selected and your device date and time are set automatically. Wait for a fresh code, then try again. If the service still rejects it, use that service’s recovery code or account-recovery process.
Use Face ID
Open TOTPLY Settings and enable Face ID protection. Your device handles the biometric check; TOTPLY never receives your face data. If Face ID is unavailable, your device passcode may be required.
Add a widget
Touch and hold the Home Screen, choose Add Widget, search for TOTPLY, then pick a size. Select which account appears from the widget settings. Keep your device locked when it is unattended.
Restore a missing password or code
TOTPLY cannot restore deleted items because it never stores a copy of your data. Check your own device backup, or use the affected service’s recovery codes or support process if no copy is available.
Still need help?
Use the developer contact shown on TOTPLY’s App Store listing. Include your device model, operating-system version, TOTPLY version, and a description of what happened. Never include passwords, authenticator secrets, QR codes, recovery codes, or screenshots containing active codes.
